Most buyers say they believe the housing market and property values are starting to recover.
What’s more, 86 percent of the more than 1,000 buyers surveyed believe real estate is still a good investment.
Six out of 10 home buyers say they are more interested in buying real estate now as the economy continues to improve. They also believe they can get a better deal and lower interest rates now before real estate sales increase and inventory decreases and prices go up.
Many home buyers are relying on them being able to sell their existing home. Americans continue to be optimistic about the real estate market and believe that home prices will start rising here in the near future.
As the increase in Asheville home sales continue other areas like Waynesville, Weaverville and Maggie Valley home sales will follow Asheville Real Estate lead.
